1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your groceries as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery times are:

  • Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 4:00 PM (Local Time).
  • Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after 4:00 PM.
  • Morning Slots: Available for early risers between 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (subject to availability).

2. Delivery Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. Here are our delivery charges:

  • Orders above ₹500: FREE Delivery.
  • Orders below ₹500: Flat ₹40 delivery fee.
Note: Delivery charges may vary during extreme weather conditions or peak festive seasons. Any additional charges will be displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver within a 10 km radius of our store location (New Delhi region). You can check if your pincode is serviceable by entering it at the checkout page or on the product page.

4. Missed Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or you are not available at the provided address, we will try to contact you via phone. If the delivery cannot be completed, we may have to cancel the order, and a delivery fee may be charged.
